Anesthesia
- From the Greek meaning 'without' and 'sensation, we are proud to offer advanced anesthetic safety & pain reducing protocols for your companion. Prior to anesthesia, we evaluate each patient to determine they are a candidate for undergoing the anesthetic procedure.
Companion Behavior Counseling
- Our companions require support as they mature. Among the many forms of support, is the appropriate development of healthy behaviors. We look to collaborate with our client to provide open, non-judgemental discussion regarding behavioral concerns. We also look to offer pro-active resources for shaping healthy behaviors desired from your companion.
Dentistry & Dental Radiography
- We believe that our companions benefit as much from proper dental care as we do ourselves. We provide routine cleanings, dental radiography (X-ray), surgical extractions, as well as home care education & products.
Digital Radiography
- Radiography (X-rays) are an important diagnostic tool as well as routine monitoring for certain conditions. Our digital radiography equipment allows us to obtain clear images, and ensure radiation exposure is as minimal as possible for our patients and staff. The digital process also supports the ability to quickly send accurate radiographs to board certified radiologists for consultation.
Drop Off Appointments
- We appreciate how busy schedules become for our customers. To best serve our customers that have an established relationship, we are happy to offer drop-off appointments. You will be able to drop-off your companion in the morning for services performed later in the day, and pick up at or before the close of business.
Geriatric & Hospice Care
- We believe that your companion's senior years can be the best spent together. As your bond continues to grow, our doctors will discuss ways to sustain and extend the quality of life into maturity. Special services are available for established relationships for your senior pet.
Grooming
- We all like to look our best, and that includes our companion animals. Grooming is also a key part in helping your pet stay happy & healthy. We offer nail trimming, ear cleaning, gland expression, and bathing by appointment. We also offer basic hair clipping, and look forward to offering more full service styling in the future.
Illness Exams
- Injury and illness are occassionally a part of sharing your life with a pet. When the unexpected happens, we are here to help evaluate the condition and perform appropriate diagnostics & treatment. We look to accomodate same day service, to get your companion feeling better as soon as possible.
Laboratory Services
- Diagnostic tests are an important component of wellness exams, pre-surgical screening, and during times of illness. We pair in-clinic laboratory capabilities with a national laboratory service to provide appropriate lab diagnostic tests that are crucial to keeping your pet healthy.
Microchip Placement
- Our goal is to help you and your companion enjoy as many years together as possible. A microchip implanted beneath your dog or cat's skin can help you be reunited with your pet, should they ever become lost. It serves as a permanent means of identification that can not be removed or unable to read. The day of your pet's spay or neuter is a great opportunity to have a microchip implanted, however, they can be placed at any time.
Nutrition Counseling
- We strongly believe that proper nutrition and mantaining a healthy weight are vital to enhancing the quality of life. We will help guide you to proper foods and nutrition for your pet at all their life's stages. Some diseases are best managed with specialized prescription diets, and we will prescribe the appropriate formulation in those cirmcumstances.
Pharmacy
- We carry a wide selection of prescription medications for your pet, including our primary recommendations for flea, heartworm, and intestinal parasite prevention. Please give 72 hours for refills to ensure that you receive your prescription without any added delay. We also offer home delivery for refills and long term medications.
Surgery
- Our surgical suite is equiped for a wide range of procedures. Some examples of the types of surgeries we perform include, neuter, ovariohysterectomy (spay), growth removal, bladder stone removal, and gastrointestinal foreign body removal. In cases of more specialized procedures, we refer our patients to highly qualified, board certified surgeons.
Wellness & Preventive Care
- We love to see a happy and healthy pet! We strive to promote wellness through routine exams, and personalized preventive care. We offer Companion Animal Plans (CAPs) that supply cost effective packages of services according to you companions species & age. These plans are designed to give you the flexibility of care, and align with the AAHA / AVMA guidelines for preventive healthcare.
